Supporting family mental health: some updated resources.





During this pandemic we are coming face to face with a new normal that we could never had imagined. Our schools have suspended classes and our daycare's are closed. Some parents are still expected at work while others are now working from home. It is during times like these, times of uncertainty and change, that we may need to reach out to additional supports. On top of some of the supports on my resources page here are some up to date new supports for parents to access.
